 Manufacturer Warranty

At That Sapphire Place, we pride ourselves on our quality workmanship.

We can repair and guarantee against any manufacturing faults or defects on any piece of jewellery. In the rare occasion that you do find any defects upon purchasing your piece, please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a suitable repairs. However, we cannot guarantee against the natural wear and tear your jewellery will undergo over the course of usage.

Slight variations and irregularities in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, internal inclusions (visible or otherwise), in coloured gemstones are unique and individual to each gemstone/s. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the gemstone/s, and should not be considered a defect.

The Manufacturer Warranty is available only to the original buyer.

Sizing, maintenance and repairs performed by parties other than That Sapphire Place, will void your Manufacturer Warranty.

Jewellery is not impervious to activities, normal wear or trauma. This is particularly true for rings, as hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We do not provide warranties for such damage (activities, normal wear or trauma), product loss, loss of stones or theft. Should you incur damage or loss from failure to obtain necessary repairs that maintain the integrity of the product, you are also not covered.

Examples of common jewellery issues that would NOT be considered as a manufacturing defect, include:

- Exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing, which cause discolouration.

- Restoration work , especially for prongs/claws (which may require "building up") and precious metals, which in general, wear over time.

- Caught, bent or worn out prong/s allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.

- Lost stone/s or stone/s that have fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.

Ring Sizing is as per the Australian standard.
